Position Summary

Mettlehawk Defense USA is seeking a combat-proven Ukrainian veteran to serve as a Team Leader for UAV Training Teams. This role requires a unique combination of battlefield expertise, leadership, and teaching ability. The Team Leader will be responsible for transforming real combat drone experience into structured training programs, guiding and mentoring operators, and ensuring that training aligns with NATO-ready doctrine and Mettlehawk standards. The Team Leader must understand and manage the full composition of an ISR-to-Strike kill team—including ISR pilots, FPV operators, mission planners, EW specialists, ordnance engineers, and sustainment staff—and translate this operational knowledge into scalable training. This position is not only tactical but strategic: the Team Leader must design and execute training operations, explain complex technical and operational concepts, and prepare teams to replicate real adversary tactics in the field.

Location: Ukraine (remote with required travel for training deployments)

Contract Type: 1-year renewable (6-month probation)

Base Salary: UAH equivalent of $2,000 per month starting (higher rates for exceptional skill-sets) + bonuses.
